Festival Miami Refund Policy

 

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON TICKETS

 

In the event a natural disaster causes the rescheduling or cancellation of a performance, information will immediately be sent to the local media for distribution as well as our website www.festivalmiami.com and www.music.miami.edu.  

 

Please be aware that there is no way to contact individual ticket holders other than the local media.  If cancelled, refunds will be available subject to the following policy.  Refunds will not be issued for concerts that have been rescheduled. 

 

To receive a refund, you must mail in your original untorn, unused tickets as well as your entire name, address, and phone number. All refund requests must be received no later than 30 days after the cancelled event.  There are no exceptions to this policy.
